Joe Elliott
Director & Producer
At 24 years old, Joe Elliott has already earned quite a reputation in the music industry; having Directed and Produced a wide variety of music videos for some of the biggest and most established artists in electronic music.
Working from the age of 15 on Oscar-winning features, Joe then trained in Documentary Film, graduating with a 1st degree-honours from The International Film School; his work being nominated for major awards in festivals across the U.K.
Cal Gordon
Director & Producer
With a passion for music and film, Cal Gordon has carved a serious path into the music-video world with a vengeance. A Royal Television-Award nominee and at the tender age of only 23, Documentary trained Cal has Directed visually stunning videos for the likes of Goldie and Mark Knight.
A highly-talented Producer too, Cal has Produced promos for the likes of Danny Byrd and Foreign Beggars to name a few, as well as commercials for a diverse range of major companies.
Mike Tyler
Director & Editor
A Director, Editor and self taught motion graphics & VFX artist. Mike Tyler's versatile ability to adapt to every project, along with his sharp attention to detail have earned him enormous respect throughout the Industry.
Never standing still, never the same; Mikes videos often blend live-action with animation in truly original ways. Without doubt, one of the most exciting young Directors anywhere in the world.

Richard Payne’s debut music video ‘Badman Silence’ launched to critical acclaim. Earning recognition for his unique visual style and extensive use of post-techniques, he has also Directed and Edited music videos for a variety of major artists including Modestep, Beardyman and Foreign Beggars.
Richard began as a self-taught Animator, Designer and Editor. His tenacious work ethic and experimental approach to film has seen him creating commercials for global brands including Coca-Cola, Sony, MTV, Lexus, Canon and most recently the 2012 Olympics.
